South African Online Shop use Australia Post eParcel and Fastway Couriers for a quick and safe delivery. Each order comes with a tracking number that’s automatically emailed to you once your parcel has been lodged. For special delivery instructions please provide them in the notes section when checking out eg, “Authorised to leave at front door” if you do provide authority for the parcel to be left at the premises, you take full responsibility for the parcel once delivered. No claims can be made for lost or stolen parcels if authority was given to leave the parcel on the premises.

If no authority was given to leave the parcel at the premises, a card would be left with details where your parcel can be collected or how to get your parcel redelivered.
