3. Shipping Carrier
All deliveries are exclusively handled by **Australia Post**. The Company is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused by Australia Post once the parcel has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Timeframes
The following timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control:

- Australia (other areas): 5-7 business days
- Express shipping options are available at checkout.
5. Tracking and Notifications

6. Special Delivery Instructions
Customers may authorize the parcel to be left at a designated location (e.g., “Authorised to leave at front door”). By doing so, the customer accepts full responsibility for the parcel once delivered. The Company holds no liability for lost or stolen parcels when authority to leave has been provided.
If no authority is given, Australia Post will leave a card with details on where the parcel can be collected or how redelivery can be arranged.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Returns and Refunds
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your parcel. However, any damages or losses caused by Australia Post must be taken up directly with Australia Post. Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
The South African Online Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, or losses once the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post. Any disputes or claims regarding delivery must be addressed directly with Australia Post.
